Wall Masks Online Store Delivery Terms

General Information About the Online Store
The products in the online store are sold by Wall Maskit (business ID: 1149287-2). We sell products to private individuals who are of age in Finland and abroad. The value-added tax and customs duties of the products are determined according to the delivery address of the customer. We reserve the right to make changes to the prices and postage rates.
Placing an Order
Products are primarily ordered via the internet at www.wallmask.fi by using a shopping cart. All orders are confirmed by e-mail, which states the price of the order, the delivery charges and the products ordered. An e-mail address must be given when placing an order to receive an order confirmation. You agree to comply with the valid delivery terms every time you place an order.
Order and Payment Confirmation
We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail, which shows you:
- The list of products ordered
- The sum total of the invoice
- Tax specification
You can check the contents of your order through the user account on our website, if you have registered as a customer of the online store before or during your order. You will receive a payment confirmation from Paytrail Plc, indicating the sum of the payment, the payment ID and the date. Means of Payment
The products and their postage are paid when placing an order. The following means of payment are accepted in the online store: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Ålandsbanken, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki (S-Bank), Aktia, Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Oma Säästöpankki, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Collector invoice and instalment payments, Jousto and MobilePay. Payment is done via the website of Paytrail Plc.
Payment Service Provider
The payment transfer service provider and payment service provider is Paytrail Plc, www.paytrail.com (2122839-7), in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc is shown as the payment recipient on the bank statement or credit card invoice and transfers the payment to the vendor. Paytrail Plc is a licensed payment institution. If you have any complaints, we ask you to contact the product supplier as a first priority.

Delivery Methods and Times
We deliver products on all business days. We aim to deliver products 1–5 days after the order has been placed, if the product or the required parts are in stock. However, please note that we make all masks on order and if a particular component, for example, is out of stock, the delivery may be delayed. This also applies to orders concerning accessories. In that case, the delivery time may be significantly longer. You can inquire about the status of your order by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. The order will be delivered using the delivery method of your choice to the delivery destination of your choice. The charges and delivery method depend on the overall size of the delivery, the number of parcels and the country of destination. The delivery charges and options are shown on the shopping cart and checkout page. The time for delivery is 3–10 days, depending on the country of destination.
Return and Exchange Policy
You have the right to return or exchange your product within 14 days under the Consumer Protection Act. The right to return or exchange a product only concerns unused, saleable products still in their original packaging. An e-mail concerning the return order must be sent to email@example.com before returning the product. N.B. Custom masks painted according to the individual wishes of a customer are non-refundable.
The customer shall bear the costs of the return.
Include the following information in the return package:
- Order number
- Order date / date of receipt
- Your name
- Your address
- Your phone number
- Reason for the return, if there is a fault in the delivery or the product
- Your bank account number
Once the returned product has been accepted, we will issue a refund either directly to your bank account or via the Paytrail payment service, depending on the means of payment and case.
Problems in Delivery and Defective Products
If a product has been lost or damaged during delivery or you have been delivered the wrong product, you must report the problem immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org or by mail to:
The report concerning a fault in the delivery or a defective product must be sent as soon as possible. If a package has been damaged during delivery, a complaint concerning the product must immediately be sent to the logistics partner.
