Petri Vehanen has been chosen at the seaons end as the best goalie in KHL. Vehanen won the award over HC MVDs goalie Michael Garnett and Spartaks Dimitri Kotschnew.
Petri was traded to Kazan in the middle of the season.
Kazan won the KHL Championship in 09/10.
Vehanen represented team Finland at the World Championships in 2010.
Niko Kapanen also won an award in the KHL, Niko was given his award for the game winning goal in game, Kapanen scores in the 104.44 minute which mean that goal was scored in the 3rd OT.
